Join a Student Associatation in Lund

One of the most rewarding things I did during my time in Lund was getting involved in the student life. I found it was an amazing way to meet new people, create new experiences and try new things. It was something I had never experienced in my bachelor degree as getting involved was not something people really did. It was left to a select few that seemed very motivated and it felt quite exclusive. Lund is completely the opposite to this. Almost everyone is somehow involved in the student life.

There are a number of organizations you can join such as sporting teams, Nations, P6, Erasmus Student Network, Faculty Guilds, etc. Or you could even start your own society! Lund is the perfect place to start a society; you find a lot of like minded people and have the University at your disposal to make it happen.

I joined the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) which was largely about promoting the interests of international students at Lund. It opened a lot of doors for me and I was able to be involved in creating amazing social events and overseas trips. I made connections and partnerships to other people and organizations around Lund and it made me feel more connected to the Lund community.
